2002 CEL On but No Codes

My 2002 3.0 has the Check Engine light on constantly. When I put a scan tool on it, there is no power to the diagnostic test connector. Truck runs pretty good, just has the dang light on. Any Eye Deers?

i had a f 150 do that look at the 0bd2 plug and see if one of the wires have been pushed back that wire is the 12v that power the scan tool and it needs that power to work

the OBD port has its own fuse for electrical supply. that fuse blows all the time. check fuses and replace as necissary.
