Okay y’all now I can’t get the crank shaft bolt out. So far I have tried:
1. 1/2 impact with 22mm six side impact socket.
2. Heated with MAP and hit it with PB blaster many times.
3. Tried the breaker bar on the frame starter trick.
4. tried using the belt around the alternator and harmonic balancer.

next I am trying a 22mm crankshaft bolt socket and looking to get a chain pipe wrench to hold the pulley.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Being a manual put the transmission in 4th with the parking brake on to keep the engine from turning

Well dang, that's not good... your plan with the giant chain wrench should work, hopefully it doesn't do anything dumb to the crank pulley...

The bolt is out!! The weighted 22 mm socket worked.

next question on timing

if the crankshaft is key up and the dot to the right line up with the mark is that TDC cylinder 1 as long as the triangles on the camshaft and the diamonds on the oil pump are lined up?

Yes that is correct, just make sure that all 3 stay lined up, rotate the crankshaft two revolutions after putting the belt on to verify then tighten the tensioner bolts.
