2001 parts truck

I'm scrapping (soon) a 2001 Ranger XLT 2.3 Duratec automatic. Lots of rust as it was originally from Cleveland, but only 110K miles, so lots of the parts are better than my 2001 Ranger XLT with 190K. After I take a bunch of things I want, I don't want to waste/scrap anything that might be of use to others.
So. What should I be keeping off of this that I might be missing (odds and ends, etc)? Can I, do I want to keep the air bags?

I don't have plans for it and *really* don't want to scrap it with the 2.3 (runs) in it. I don't feel like pulling it. IF someone else would want to come and pull it (I'd help) that would work. I have too many things going on house-wise.
