2000 Ranger cluster swap

im needing to change out the cluster in my truck, as of right now i have the stock 3.0l xtl cluster with no tach. i have been wanting to add a cluster that has a tach. looking to see if anyone has tryed and it worked

yeah it works fine in the tech library u can find some info, i believe that if u use a 98 + u wont have any issues, 98-03, the 04 has a different cluster, u can find some threads about that here in this section too

good deal, i want the explorer sport trac gauges, they have tach and white face gauges, and im gonna install my stock cluster in my bro's 00 3.0 , he has no tach, and my 2.5 has already lol!!

my 96 ranger cme without a tach and i put a 96 explorer cluster with a tach in it works great got it for 70 bucks and its only 668 miles off the original cluster
