2 part four door thread

Does anyone know the first year any of the non us ford companies made a true four door ranger? Is there one with the same front end as the 93-97 or the 2000 or so front end? the only ones I find are different looking?

Anyone ever seen somebody mod a ranger to make it a four door with the 6 ft bed?

My vision is a ttb 4x4 4 door 6 ft bed family toy. Thanks in advance for your input.
