do you hear the fuel pump prime as you turn the key on??,( not all they way over to start). you prolly are if you have fuel pressure, just have to ask.

check the relay for the fuel pump, passanger side inside fender.

check the inertia switch.

recheck the grounds

also would remove and have the TFI checked , it does have a fuel curcuit componet to it too

Grrr this is the exact problem i'm having fuel at rail but not injecting...anyone know?
Same here, however I know what my problem is: loss of voltage between relay and pump.

Been staring at the computer screen for almost 8 hours trying to find a schematic or diagram about the Ranger wiring so I can rewire mine but I haven't found anything so far and getting all covered in Truck trying to chase the wire from relay to.. Well that hasn't gone so well and I don't really want to have to tear all the wiring out to solve this one issue. Sorry, ramble.

Suggestion: Follow IMenriched's advice, also check the voltage on your pump, if you're not getting proper voltage the pump wont prime or work. Also, if you haven't already, check the Fuel Switch Shut Off, which will be under your dash on the passenger side, likely hidden by the carpeting. Little white button on top, push that and then try the ignition.
