Its in the rulebook. Any rulebook I've looked at has the same rule. I think a lot of rules are just copy and paste, at least in the more grassroots racing.

Right on, I was kidding but I can believe it. Someone makes a mistake once and then there's a new rule for it. Nice looking car BTW

Contact Esslinger engineering. If it's got 4 cylinders and a blue oval, they've maxxed it out.
