2.3 ltr performance parts

anyone know someone online that sell perfromance parts, such as cams, valves, etc... online?? places like edelbrock or summit don't sell stuff for my size or year motor.

check under the ford focus performance parts. the 2.3 duratec(same motor in ur truck) is the top motor they put in the focus' and theres alot of dudes gettin some power outta them

Is the holes and bolt pattern the same on the Focus as the Ranger? I hauled some scrap metal for a body shop and got a damaged exhaust manifold off of a Focus. I'm wondering if I could use it as a start for a header?

if it is a 2.3 focus yes. they like to use ranger engines with the front cover swapped to a focus one because we dont have the balance shafts like a focus one does.
