2.3 exhaust


I would run out of the headers 3" to a high flow cat, then to a single in dual out cherrybomb vortex or other "packed not chambered"muffler then over the axle straight out the back with 3"pipe to the longest 3.5"to 4" rolled end tips you can find.

3 inch pipe is WAY too big for this engine. 2.5" is even too big if you expect to keep any bottom end performance at all. and a 4" tip would just look silly.

bigger pipe is not always better.
 
one thing i have learned is that the old LIMA motors sound way better than the duratec. i had a 95 wit a magnaflow set up and it sounded rad! really deep too (lil rumble in there too) my duratec truck sounds wimpy in comparison.. but if u wanna compair power and mileage, duratec all the way!!!!!!!!!!
