2.3 automatic trans?

I have a 2.3 4x4 with manual trans and having some problems with the trans. I have always prefered a straight drive over an automatic but i am simply weighing my repair options. Question: what automatic tranny will bolt up to the 2.0/2.3 motor with little or no modifications.

The motor I have currently came from an 87 Ranger and had an automatic transmission...that was missing when I found the motor...but I believe it is the A4LD...but check the link below for more general info...not sure if they will mate with the 4x4 but there should be info on here or in the link below...
