Where can I get main and rod bearing set for my little deisel thanks

Best bet may be to look up your local distributor for Perkins engines and ask them.

Easy answer was rock auto, but they don’t have anything.

Seems like it’s more of an industrial engine that got used in a automotive application for a couple of years. So a bit of an of ball.

I tried that gave them block number no luck tech told me to bring old berings maybe they could match them engine runs but has a slight knock the truck has been parked a long time has a small turbo with intercooler hope to get it running have to pll it down soon truck is a rust bucket

I would suggest going straight to either Mahle (clevite) or King Bearings.

Try some sellick forklift dealers or other forklift parts houses. I know sellick ran the 2.2 perkins in their 4wd all terrian lifts for a long time. Im gonna guess others pry did too. You might get lucky.

Perkins comes up frequently in marine applications. It may be an engine with a marine counterpart and you could get parts through those avenues.

I wonder if they were ever used in boats? Might try that avenue.
