The details

New Ford Racing 302 short block, E303 Roller Cam, Aluminum Roller Rockers, Edelbrock Alum intake, 650 cfm Speed Demon Carburetor, MSD Ignition, Complete set of March Billet Pulleys, March Billet Power Steering Pump, Aluminum Racing Radiator, Moroso Expansion Tank.

Tremec TKO II 5 speed manual tranny, Centerforce Clutch, Stainless Steel Drive Shaft, 1997 SVT Cobra Limited Slip 8.8" Differential, Traction Bars, Panhard Bar, Rear Mustang Cobra Disc Brakes.

Next is a set of Duff Long Tube Headers.

But that's only on one side of the truck! From any other angle I definitely think you have one helluva sleeper! Very nice ride man. Good to see a 5.0 that isn't a total hackjob of the engine bay - that looks really, really clean, and probably gets down the road REAL well!

Hey now..............too each his own!

I'm sure some view mine & wonder, WTH is he runnin modified stock Jeep Wrangler wheels, or a SBC for that matter, but it's what I want, and what I built.....

I've seen his truck before on a sister site, and have passed a few PM's back & forth..............................as before, SWEET LIL' SLEEPER!!!

PS: That's what mine started out as, a sleeper, but that went out the window with my exhaust system choice...............only way mine passes as a sleeper, is sittin still NOT RUNNIN!

Nice seeing you here. I have always loved your Ranger, your son's too. My initial thought was to put a Bowtie 350 in mine also but all my friends promised to tar the car if I did, went with a Ford 302 Short block instead.

As for the wheels, they are 17" GT500 Cobra Wheels and the tires Nittos. You guys think they look bad? What do you suggest?

whats the deal with the heater & a/c setup? is your exhaust true dual? and oh yeah, damn, that is a sleeper. i gotta agree though, those wheels arent for me... you need something black. along with black bumpers. (i dont like chrome)

True Duals

I am running Ford Racing Shorty Headers right now. Just bought a set of Duff Enterprises long tube headers though. Going in this weekend.

The exhaust is true dual but exiting on the passenger side only at the same time in front of the rear tire. The mufflers are right next to each other.

Yes, I have taken somewhat of a beating over the wheels.

Just need to save some more for a wheel redo. Not cheap.
