1994 ranger

Hey, thanks for the info. Yeah, if you have some time will you measure that for me wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface? If it's not too much trouble, can you do the front too? BTW, lets see some flex pics. You running sway bars?

yeah no trouble at all i'll try and get the measurements tomorrow. ya i know i want to take it wheelin i just havent had time and it still needs some wiring and suspension stuff done. no there isnt a sway bar but there is a different link bar im not sure what it is called. im a newb haha

heres a look at the front set up.

That link bar that is on there is called a Track Bar. It keeps the axle from shifting side to side while you're going around corners, sidehilling, or doing anything that will push force against one side. With coils you need this because they do not resist the sideways (or lateral) forces like leaf springs. You will see that even leaf-sprung trucks use them when they have really tall lifts, or if they have a high center of gravity. Anywho, you bought the kit from Fabritech, and put that front axle that you bought in their? What do you have into the truck, suspension-wise? I'm asking dollar and hourly figures. I would like to do up my '89 the same way, as long as it's not going to cost me $10K just for the damn suspension.

yeah i just didnt know what it was called. yes it is a fabritech kit and then put the dana 44 in. i cant really give you a dollar ammount because i had a truck with all these parts and got into a rollover so i swapped all the parts. so the guy before me bought the kit and axle. he had alot of money in suspension and axles...i'll look through my receipts today and see what the suspension cost.

does anyone know were i can get a spare tire mount baja style not the tire gate ones though?

what should i get next? i need some help fellas

Im really digging the 33" boggers. I have 37" boggers, but they took so much power away and are soo heavy ive been thinking about downgrading.
