hey guys im just wondering if anyone knows of any websites that i could order a cold air intake for a 1994 ford ranger with a 2.3 liter 4 cylinder?

You mean like a K&N system? If that's what you mean, you can find those all over and shop around for the best prices and shipping. I found a bunch of stuff at Autozone's website.
There's not much to them, though. Just the cone filter and a wider intake tube. That won't matter much because they seem to all use your same MAF sensor. I can't really tell you how to change the MAF sensor out, but I think I read years ago that you can use one off an F-150.

The stock air intake IS a cold air intake... Take a look and see where it sucks it's air from...
