1993 STX No turn signals/Hazards. Dash lights & Parking lights turn on when pressing the brake

Hello, 1993 Ford Ranger STX. I've been fighting this truck for months. No turn signals when I got the truck, they installed led bulbs on it before hand and they did not work.
After further digging I found the ground for the cluster wasn't on anything, connected the ground and installed a LED flasher relay and they worked. parked it for a month came back to it and now NO turn signals, hazards, and now the interior lights turn on when I press the brake pedal. I have not been more confused in my life.
Ground checks good, maybe the MFS? but then why would my brake pedal be causing my dash lights and parking lights to turn on.

ABS LIGHT IS ON, was not on before
can't find a obd port to check for any codes

Most likely because they are finding ground through the brake switch. You likely have another ground bad. There is one from the back of the engine to the cab that is often missing/dirty
