I hope this helps someone in my shoes. My air intake on the accordian parts was cracked and broken in places so i repaired mine like this after not finding any in junkyars or online. I used a little black silicone glue to seal it up internaly. Fits better on the intake side. The inter cooler tubes and be found on Amazon. "3" to "4" opening.

you should not have needed any sealer or glue.

you dont want anything like that post filter on an air intake system in general. i dont even like it on my conventional base gaskets.

but if it works it works.

great thing today, all of this stuff is available to make whatever system one wants.

I actually made up a new intake tube, the whole thing, out of 3” ABS and Fernco fittings ;missingteeth;

That was quite a few years ago when there really wasn’t much of anything available for building your own and I had less tooling back then too, but it’s worked for the past like 10-15 years…

I wouldn't have used any, but on the filter box side I could see a little daylight after tightening up the clamp.

N ice solution. I have two that I've collected from the yard. One is packed for delivery, but the buyer has since disappeared. I try to scavenge anything I think I can use down the road.
