1993 3.0 throlttle cable

Looking for a throttle cable for a 93 3 liter ranger. 4 liter won’t work Or 4 banger
Seems to be the unicorn of ranger parts. I haven’t been able to find one anywhere. Not available from the dealer and aftermarket laugh at me. There has to be one somewhere

As these trucks age, parts are becoming obsolete. Aftermarket only carries certain things. Wrecking yards are our friend. Check there for 91-94 3.0 Rangers. Throttle cables are different on 95+ 3.0 Rangers.

My friend's yard has several 91-94 3.0 Rangers. That is where I go for my parts when I need something. Recently purchased a throttle cable as a spare for my 94 from there.

If you are unable to find this at yards. Find a speedo shop and ask them to make you a throttle cable. A good friend of mine whom I have known for almost 30 years owns a speedo shop here in southern California. He makes throttle cables all the time for customers.
