1990 F250 mileage

I got a 90 F250 7.3l IDI non turbo its a regular cab long bed 4x4 with 4.10s and a zf 5 speed what kinda mileage should I expect provided the IP isnt turned up and everything works as it should lol

My dad's 93 250 4x4 gets about 16 he can get up to 19 on the freeway.
