In the 80's Zimmer also made Ranger Duelly's that you could buy either from them, of from a Ford dealer.
Several companies also made dual rear wheel conversion kits for Rangers, but I think their out of business or not making the kits anymore.
They were RICKA, Arrow Craft Wheels, and Custom Commerical Wheels...so if you see them on e-bay or the like, you'll know what they are.
You could even get a kit from JC Whitney.

I tried to find dually rims for a ranger a few years ago, no luck. I remember when jc whitney had the kit, rims & fenders. Ive seen 2 and they look cool, even if it is just for show.

Need to change the front rims to complete the look. I wonder what he used, Toyota axle?

It does look like the toyota motorhome wheel, im not sure if toyota used a adapter or if they had a dedicated full-float rear axle meant for drop-center rims.
