1989 Ranger 4x4 manual 2.9 factory air. Recently took the entire dash and all A/C boxes out everything gone to the firewall. Now that I am reinstalling it on the passenger side by the ecm i have e 2 tunes and a connector I don’t know where they go I know 1 tube goes to an actuator pretty sure its the white tube but that leaves the black tube open and I don’t know if I have removed something and forgot or if its an option I don’t have. I will post a picture of mine and a picture pf one all hooked. Please let me know if anyone knows what they go to. Top pic is mine bottom is of one actually hooked up.

The tubes are vacuum lines. The white one goes to that actuator right above the ECM like the second pic. Offhand I forget exactly what the black tube and electrical connector go to. If I remember when I get outside today I’ll take a look at my 89. It’s currently snowing here which the weatherman said wasn’t going to happen.
