Do yourself a favor (and your wallet) and go straight for D44 SAS. It's relatively a bolt in swap, and will be more dependable and reliable. The TTB can be built to handle terrain, but IMO its higher maintenance than the 44. Nice B2 and welcome

Never done shit to my D35 in 8 years & 40,000 miles other than once repacking the bearings maybe about 3½ years ago. It's been a very reliable axle.
I use Timken SET-37 bearings, Spicer ball joints, and the Warn Jeep hubs. Never a problem.
If you're thinking of building it for speed (reason for the bulge fenders?) a SAS is probably the last thing you would want (too much unsprung weight).
I would suggest you take a look around the site some before you commit to anything (check out the Prerunners section if that's the direction you're going). There's a ton of options available no matter which way you go.
