Didn't use front clip from 89 just fenders, grill ,rock guard ,headlight assemblly's ,hood and bumper.
Modified 88 rad cradle to accept 89 front end.

Bumper being pain to line up along with hood will go back to it in 4 days.

I wouldve kept the 88 front too,
nice build anyways

Haven't tried it to fit yet but may still put brush guard back on and it may look okay or better.

Unfortuneatelly i did so many modifications to 88 rad cradle i'll have to live with 89 front end.

nice work. the older front looks better to me but it is your truck

lol i like them both, gen2 looks better with clear turn signals though!

anyways, nice rust repair job, i need to learn how to do that for my girl's jeep.. whats the gray lookin paint stuff you put on the pass door frame? is it like POR-15 type stuff?

I like the older look, but only with round headlights like CopyKats...

I think the gen 2 look is bad A with clear markers...

Yes por-15

repairing a very poor patch

Whoever patched this used a combination of bondo up to 2 inch's thick in back, fiberglass cloth and dryer duct tin held on by duct tape and bondo'd over.Pulled back the tin it was soaked.
