1987 ranger building for drag and street

hey yall im a 20 year ase certified tech. Had an old 88 ranger 2.3 loved that truck literally drove the wheels off it. Just bought an 87 with the goal of building a bracket truck probably 10s going 302 power plant with some giggle juice c4 or c6 trans looking into suspension ideas and input as this will be mostly a drag truck but still streetable. front suspension im looking mustang 2 or aje k member kit. The rear is where it gets tricky 4 link triangulated 4 link ,ladder bar or the miata sub frame. Any insight from yall

The front is the difficult part and it sounds like you have that figured out. The rest would be standard drag car stuff for one with a full frame. I would go to some races and see what the other guys are running. For 10's that's most likely going to be lob the whole rear frame off and put a rear subframe with tubs, shortened 9 inch rear, 4 link, etc. Something like this.
