Anyone know what rear axles and gears they put in the 1987 Ram 150's? I know it was lighter duty than the 250's and up.
My fathers truck needs a replacement, if we can't figure out what it is we will have to either buy a set of front and rear axles that will bolt up, or junk the full size and fix the little Nissan instead.

thay stoped 8.75s in trucks in 75. gears depend on the engine size ether 3.23s or 3.55s or 3.90s ill bet you got 3.55s it should have a tag on the covers (if thay annt gon
) if you dont have tags then remove the diff covers and read the numbers stamped in the ring gear....it will tell you. no mater wut you have if you are changin out i would go 9.25 **** that 8.25 trust me ive owned 4 powerwagons and i lost count on the dodges my dad has.
