1987 Bronco II lift kit advice

Whats the camber bushing angle set at? Dirty
 
I'm kinda fond of the pizza cutter look... 33x10.50.15... they even fit well on a 7 inch wide wheel.
There used to be 34x9.50's on the market. I'd absolutely run a set now if I could find them.
 
Im thinking the 33x10.5x15s are sounding pretty good and i guess i could use them on my stock rims? There 15x7 if I'm correct?

They have some crazy sizes these days in metric. They just don't make them in 15 inches wheel size. It seems even 16's are quickly go the way of 15's. Mickey Thompson has a new offering... they start at 17's.

Most of the factory wheels are a 15x7 with a 4.5 inch backspace.

i see what the camber bushings are i dont know how to adjust them and i see that my front tires are angled. Im gonna have to have someone else look at that.

Yeah... I wondered how you could say it drove so well. It looked a bit wonky for the alignment.

Lifted TTB vehicles can be tricky to get a good road feel and handling. Your best bet is to call around to some repair shops with an alignment rack (maybe an off road shop) and just ask politely if their alignment guy is comfortable with TTB vehicles. Then just let them do their thing and just know it probably won't be a $100 alignment.

I will be going through this very thing shortly.
 
Yea I'm pretty sure the previous owner just threw the lift on and didn't have it aligned or anything yet. I meant it was rolling smooth not shaking or anything like everything with the lift is solid. It could for sure use an alignment. I'm going to be getting tires soon so when i purchase them and have them mounted i will have it aligned then as well. I'm probably going to use these rims with 33x10.5
 
I think you will be happy with that choice.

Not many tire companies make them any longer. If you aren't buying them to off road... I would say you should also consider all terrain vs mud terrain tread patterns. They will handle better and be less noisy rolling down the road.

It looks like TSL does still offer the 34x9.50-15 in Super Swampers. But those are bias ply, way more aggressive than I'm looking for, and $300 each. No thanks.

Well they do have less road friction then say a 12.50... so better for economy. They also weigh less... in my opinion... a pretty big deal. They also clear the body much better then a wider wheel and tire combo. IMHO... total win.

Looks like a diff killer bracket drop...based on radius arms. D28 should be safe though. From the little the pictures provide... The geometry for the steering looks fair..in line with beam angle....it seems to have the extreme pitman arm and 8 inch coils or really fresh 6 because of beam angle....might be pivot hole offset.

Would need measurements.

I would run those 30 in tires bald....then get some coopers in 31 inch next if it actually has 410 gears .. nut and bolt it once a month.

If the rear blocks are not forged...but extruded...put a set of factory blocks in place....blocks are fine....but shitty cast or extruded aluminum are trash for lifted rigs or anything with actual power.
