yea i got my carb problem figured out, the anti backfire checkball was sticking so it wasnt letting fuel threw

well got a great junk yard find today, picked up a 96 explorer center console and got the 6 disc player for $15. started fitting it in the cab. i know should be working under the hood, but im waiting on parts and not one to sit around.

last night i started glassin the top peice of the console for the shifter.

lol yea ive used my cell for all my pics, if i got great light quality they come out awesome but once it gets a lil dark, good bye quality. i got a friggen expensive dig cam but a) i never have it when i need it, b) dont like carrying in pocket as its expensive

well, didnt get much done this weekend, but i did get my alt pulley lined up. got some more work done on the center console, just need to do a lil more body filler on it

i finally found a bracket to run power steering, yay!!

edelbrock mustang water pump on ltd 302 and march pulleys

just back from the shop. got the rear brake lines ran till bout mid frame. also got the dash layout figured out for the most part, minus the upper opening in the dash on the passenger side. any 1st gen guys that did something with it let me know.

gonna put the radio in the stock location

putting water temp and battery volt gauges in vent opening

puttin oil pressure and fuel level in center console

tomorrow im gonna finish running the brake lines, and start fabin in the dash and console for the gauges and if time gonna do some more work to the shifter opening

well finished the brakes up yesterday, pedal feels great, kinda hit some snags with a bad master last week. also got the throttle cable hooked up, good bye coat hanger. pulled the trans today, had to cut the tang for the cable clutch off the bellhousing so its not right on the header, dont need it anyways, and fabbed a bracket for the slave cylinder on the trans. gonna get pics tomorrow when i go put it back together

well got some more done, got the clutch hooked up but having a problem bleeding it, stubborn basturd. started rewiring everything so the dash is ripped back out of it right now.

heres the custom gauge pod i made for the center console

got my oil filter lines shortened finally and made a custom power steering hose

now this is how we add oil up here in wisconsin, just think about how many beers you can have while puttin it in

dvd dude, dvd. or maybe a custom flip out cup holder, rangers need those BADLY.
it would be fairly easy to fab and cheaper than a dvd player. so.
thats my $.02

well pulled the carpet up and ran some a/v wiring to the back of the cab, pretty much got the wiring done for the subs, just waiting for the capacitor to get here this week.

well guys sorry i havnt had any updates in a few weeks, been a busy month, had to move the truck to another shop about 100 yards away, i moved to a diff apartment building thats further from the shop and i pretty much opened a business on the side building engines, plus workin a solid 45 hrs a week. hope to have some new stuff up this weekend for yall
