Uhhh........ no. Aside from the fact that it won't help you achieve your goals and will actually send you in the opposite direction it is illegal in most areas to switch from EFI to carb.

Get a programmer if you think that the engine management system is holding you back. But they are not "cheap". Not ones worth having anyway.

well im wanting to put cold air intake
3 inch suspension lift.(what lift is the best way to go for light muddin?)
and i want to put 33's on it with 15 inch rims
and blacking th whole truck out im on a pretty tight budget and just looking for simple stuff to do to make my baby look and run good!
im not pretty truck smart but dont konw everything.

Everything you just said. No. It won't do crap. The lift and tires will hurt your power and economy. The cold air will get you maybe 3-5 more hp. Not worth it. The truck is a 4banger. Was never made to go fast or have large tires. It was ment to be driven down the road.

I might have to agree with Sunk on this one.
