Trailers with paperwork in Florida are usually expensive. I grabbed it to have it available for my landlady to use for taking the garbage cans to the street. She's using another utility trailer of mine that I need to get back to modify and service.
The seller just painted it. I forgot to ask him what he used, hopefully it was something oil based. I'll probably use plywood for a deck and to make a ramp for now. I'll repack the bearings and go over the wiring as well.
