08 Fender Flares

Mine are getting a little scratched up and I found one of the plastic fasteners broke off. Instead of fixing all this I really like the big fender flares on the 06-up Rangers. Does anybody know where I could find some? I've looked at the Ford Accessories web site and couldn't find them. Also should the plastic fasteners mount up to the same spots as mine on the 03?

You'd have to go into a ford dealership and order them, i bet they are pricey too.
