05 3.0 P0453 code help

My 2005 3.0 is getting a P0453 error code. I just had the heads replaced and was wondering if there could be a wire disconnected. Anyone have any idea if there is a wire or line the guy may have left off that would trigger this code or is it the FTP sensor?
