04 Ranger DJM Suspension

I have purchased a DJM lowering suspension kit less than a year ago and now the shock absorber lower bushings have given up. I am trying to get in touch with them so I can purchase the bushings no response no luck. I was told by other parts store that they come with the shocks. What they mean is I need to buy new shocks just because the bushings were bad.

Does anybody have any better suggestions? Here are the pictures
