New to TRS, I've been on DR for about 10 years though. This is the 3rd Ranger I've owned and they all seem to get a little nicer as time goes on. Here's how it started 1 week ago:

I do a lot of events and races and log a ton of miles. I figured it was about time for me to get something smaller to do some commuting. This truck took a dinger on the passenger side of the bed/cab and shifted the bed over a bit (see pic). This thing had a huge sub box with 3 12's taking up the entire extra cab and forcing the seats forward/up. I had to drive home (5 hours) with my knees banging off the dash, my back is feeling it!!!
So the sub box is out, the squeaky rattling bed is temp secured, and it's nice and clean. Time to rip it apart!!!
From there:
Spun off the spindle nut by hand. Outer wheel bearings re-packed and torqued.
Replaced busted drivers mirror.
I was able to straighten out the bed pretty good by ratchet strapping it to a beam on my garage.
Took off the loose sway bar.
Swapped out the 35 mud's for some 33 at's. Painted the wheels/fakelocks. Bed is close enough to make up with fiberglass.
Took her down to San Felipe last weekend and came home with a check engine light, and roaring hangover.
Hangover wore off yesterday afternoon and I threw some shorter shackles on the rear that I had laying around, here's how it's currently sitting.
