03 tsb help

Hello to all!
Been a member for awhile, but mostly just lurking. I have a couple questions on TSB's if y'all can help me. I know there were some problems with 02-03 model 2.3 engines w/5 spd manual stalling on decelleration. I think the TSB # is 15381. Also I have some 'surging' of power that I heard was also a TSB (Both of which the original owner never took care of under warranty.) Does anyone have more info on what the fix is for these problems? Dont want to subscribe to a TSB/Recall site for only a couple questions, and darn sure want to avoid going to the dealer.....Y'all are the real experts! (Troll)

I had a similar problem on mine, and took it back and they replaced the throttle body for a TSB. Not sure if its the same one, but you should be able to check at other web sites for free. I went in with one I found and they did it under warrenty. Good luck
