01 4.0l in 83 ranger?

I have a spare 5r55 from 97 explorer sitting in my garage and the dead ranger parked 15 feet away. How much work is involved in putting a 01 4.0 ranger motor in?

What I need?
Complete 4.0l from 01+ ranger
Wiring harness
Fuel tanks and lines for fuel injection.
Shifter for auto
New drive line?

Anything else?

Going into 1983 ranger V6 stick shift.

Its a 2wd ranger.

97+ explorer motors have the same hp as the 01+ 4.0l? its the same engine but I'm wondering if ford messed with the hp.
