quick connect

Hello. I had the spring ring on both fuel quick disconnects on the driver side rust and break off from the rest of the disconnect. Is there any off the shelf part at auto zone for example I can replace these with? Rock auto has the same style of metal spring disconnects, but I don’t want to wait...

Removed the old filter as it was completely rusted over and had never been changed (~70,000mi). Unfortunately, cannot read any manufacturer info from it. Got it out with some resistance due to expanded rust. Replacement filter purchased at Autozone (confirmed as a fit for the vehicle) is exact...
