burnt cylinder

I'm about to buy a Lightning that has been heavily modded but, as per the thread name, they burnt cylinder 1 and ruined it. We have the tools to fix it, and I plan on doing exactly that, but the mechanic that was working on it said that it was running too lean at WOT after the local Mustang shop...
