That's not an article. The link has nothing to do with truck pricing.

The Ford parts counters have received their 2019 Ford Ranger accessories catalog.

Someone took photos of some of the pages and posted them online. I don't know of anyone that buys bug deflectors and other accessories from a Ford dealer.

That's not the article. The link came from the article.
I bought my bug deflectors for my Sonata from the dealership. You'd be surprised what people will pay the dealership for.

Side note. The list shows a lot of add ons that would be cool to have by reputable manufacturers. A lot of the younger crowd prefers the dealer or a shop to put these kind of things on because they don't have the tools or knowledge to do it themselves.

People do, mainly people who do not internet. Dealers throw stuff on before it goes on the lot too.
