Android Auto only works through USB port. Not a critical need. Went on a long trip, needed traffic updates etc. Ranger specs also state the USB ports are smart chargers. But I think they may stop charging when data transfer is detected.

Anyone have issues with the USB ports not being able to keep the battery charged while Android Auto is running?
