hi, I am looking to swap my engine as the noises are still present and soon enough the engine will give up... I have a 94 4x4 b3000 and i would like to know your suggestions on what engine I could swap with? is there other pick-up engines that I can put it in? thanks

My 1994 3.0 4x4 manual truck is wicked! when I change gears between 1000-1500 ( if i go higher it makes even more noise) it starts to rattle as a tractor! Other thing is that the idle sometimes while shifting climbs to 5000rpms... and I need to shut the engine and restart it in the middle of...
