will fit

First off, Welcome to the Site.

Ranger

1. Generation 1 - 1983-1988 (First Rangers made. These are the ones with the square headlamps recessed into the grill)
2. Generation 2 - 1989-1992 (New fenders, hood, grill, headlamps and bumper, different wiring. New dash and other interior upgrades)
3. Generation 3 - 1993-1997 (Theses are the first Rangers with the rounded front end. There was an interior redesign in 1995)
4. Generation 4 - 1998-Up (New front suspension. Torsion setup in the 4wd Models and A arm setup is the 2wd's. New front ends)

Id Assume anything Above 1998 Would fit.

2001 and newer for the lines to line up right. 98-up might work but I don't know for sure.
FWIW a Mazda front end might work too. I know a guy who got a fairly new, but totaled, Mazda a few years ago and put a Ranger front end on it.
