Trail Gear Rock Defense bumper

Does anyone know if the Trail Gear Rock Defense bumper with work on and 1985 Ranger without cutting fenders

I used to have one on my old Tacoma before I sold it. Those rock defense bumpers are made to be a direct bolt on replacement for Tacomas so it probably wouldn't fit even with fender cutting.
