Looking good. I like how it looks like the intake runners are one solid tube with the headers and they just pass through the block. Pretty cool effect.

they pretty much are....you look down the intake ports,you can see almost the entire valve.the exhaust ports are pretty direct too.

here you can see what still needs to be welded on the right side header.it won't take too long tomorrow morning to get that done.

to remove the headers the whole front suspension needs to be removed....luckilly this can be done very quickly.i don't even need to unbolt the wheel.

that's ok....i wanted one for years before this one found me....i was pretty close to welding a couple of 2.9s together a time or two.

Scary thing is I think you could pull it off. But I think it would be easier to take 2 4.9s and make em work off a common crank lol.

Also have you ever seen the Rolls Royce Vulture engine? could do it with 4 2.9s.... carbs may be a little interesting though.

I was trying to convince my friend to build a lowered ranger with the Cobra IRS and a mid engine, maybe with something like the nissan RB25/26/30. He wasn't going for it though lol

The way i see it is you can only keep going up from here. Screw having twin 2.9s, remember that twin bbf morgan idea? It's the next logical step for you. Either that or take on the 1cfd challenge.

off topic but does anyone know how the cuba jamacia area is doing? my parents are on vacation there right now and i havnt heard anything about that area but i know hawaii is on alert and its not far sure is closer then bc from i see and theyre on alert

i'm impressed you even know about that one.they were trying some interesting things during that little scuffle in the middle of the last century.
