the slo-vo build thread...

Pintle it is then if I can find parts on the cheep

Pintle for sure, Jeep is using them on their new line of offroad camper trailers. Way more articulation out of them for when you and the trailer aren't on the same level. That's the way I'm going to go when I finally get around to making my little trailer.

got a little work done...please excuse the shop, its a fawking mess. the wife has been keeping me busy so only getting to work an hour at a time i havent had time to clean

most of the carpet is cut and ready to be put in

thats pretty awesome dude. id laugh if you woke up in it one morning and put your head right up through the shelf

Sweet little tag along!
I got that axle shaft ya gave me on the last trip replaced with one from Bham that got a ecko spring mod. When you gave it to me it was good. When I pulled it out today, the ujoint will only flex one way, locked up the other way. Not sure what caused that. Know ya won't be needing it for the ranger anymore but sure ya could use it as a spare for the exloder. I have a new joint and will put it in for when I hand it back to you!!

I don't know about an exo, but the sliders ain't a bad idea...I know it'll add to the weight, which is what you don't want, but it will lower your COG if you ever take it out on the trail with you :icon_thumby:

i doubt ill go far enough to do all that, isnt really needed as the bottom is already 2x2 steel

I still say you put a locker in it!

Great looking little trailer man! That would be nice to have, for many applications.

Love the truck too. Your tube-bed design, is similar to what I'm designing for the '87. You've done some great things with that rig! Good job
