I'm well pleased with the one i have which is the same size your wanting to get. when i did mine i had them send me the measurements for the base and i put 4 pieces of 3/4 inch all thread rod into my 6" thick slab on each side when i poured the floor. the guys that came to put the carport up drilled and used that for an anchor point. they started with a slab and had mine up in 2 hours. roof sides enclosed the back and half the front.. i installed the garage door myself since i had to order the 16' door and it took a week to get

That's how I got my name 'Straycat'. I always missed my pets when we were deployed on my sub or a ship and sometimes we are gone for 9 months at a time. I love animals and when we got to a port I would go off and find stray cats and spend time with them and feed them. My buddies thought I was weird that I did not go out drinking with them. They always said 'Where did he stray off to now'? When they found out I was feeding stray animals the name Straycat was given to me.

I was a special ops combat diver and whenever we got to do a dive mission I was in heaven!!! I got off that sunken boat for a while!!!

I think I will do a search on that link here. After I would come back from a bad deployment to El Salvador or the Philippines or South America or Afghanistan or Africa I would volunteer at an animal shelter in San Diego or Alameda. It just took the hurt out of my heart after what we saw over there or had to do. It was so nice to feel wanted by anything when you came home.

We started out with a 30x40 with 2 roll up doors, bathroom, and a mini kitchen.

Outgrew it within 1 year.

Went to a 40x60 with 3 doors, full living quarters.

Outgrew in 1 year.

Went to a 40x100 with 4 doors, full living quarters.

Still in that one.

Point is, get whatever you can afford and maybe a little more. You will need it eventually.
