Gentlemen, greetings from Atlanta. I have the banner - locked in my truck at the Austin airport. I appreciate the effort from agPete - we got some good pictures of our trucks in front of the TX state capitol building. I'll start working on moving it tomorrow when I get back.

So, Texas is a damn big state. I just Google-mapped my routes & addresses. This weekend, I stayed with a friend for the night before handing off the TRS Banner to Robert and included that in my total mileage.



803.6 miles ---> rounding up to ~ 805 miles




I don't know how many tanks of gas or fuel economy, or hours spent driving. It was all worth it.



I hafta go back and see what the previous record is when the banner was further north. I didn't get cops though!

Yep.....took me 2 months to find the thread, too. Maybe Jim O. will let it get driven back to the Atlantic if enuff members sign up for the return trip!!!!!!!
