I am stuck right now on what my next bike is going to be. Getting a cruiser is out of the question right now

I love my 94 CBR F2 as everyone has seen but it is time for me to step into the bike world of fuel injection. I would love to get a 600RR but bc of insurance I may get an F4i. Now my question should I get an F4i and the 600RR tail and swing arm swap or take the hit on the insurance get go with the 600RR.

The F4i is a plenty quick bike. Unless your planning on taking it to the track I'd save your money (on the bike and insurance) and just get the F4i.

A friend of mine in IL knows someone with one for sale for 3k. I figure a couple days, engineering student here, and a couple hundred bucks I could have a pretty sick looking bike.

well how old are you and whats the insurance gonna cost ya for the year

My 1972 cb750 4 does something like 400 kilometers on a tank of fuel on 4 individual carbs(10 dollars fuel). and while old and not as fast as the newer bikes. Its still plenty fast for a rather heavy bike. Insurance its dirt cheap due to its age.

My reasons for keeping it is due to its physical size. I don't like crotch rockets due to I like my knees Not to be in my armpits.

My question is why would you want to move to a newer bike if the old one is doing fine?

Man!!! I do miss all my bikes!!!!
Here is My 87 FZRR750. 129 rwh 6 inch rim all aluminum frame and titanium sub frame. Ram air aluminum gas tank, water cooled and air cooled 41 Kien flat slides. I was a dry clutch set up until I wasted two dry clutches and my wife said….’ Enough. No more $2,000 clutches’. So…I converted it back to a wet clutch set up. This bike only weighed in at 362 lbs. wet with the dry clutch set up. Very fast light weight ride. I sold it last year to a guy in England.

Very large photo. On the wind screen you can see my Stray Cat logo. I had just put the bike back together that day after adding new larger jets to the flat slides and was waiting for my ram air covers and clips to come back from my buddies race shop. He had made some great titanium clamps and neoprene covers where the tubes run down into the carbs. This added some more hp of course!! I do miss taking this bike out on rides. I took it to Daytona a few times and the people who came over to look at it and take photos of it and ask questions was incredible!!!! I even had the hardcore bikers who only like the Harleys say it was super!!

They just do not feel comfortable and I do not feel like I am in control as much mainly.

check out state farm for insurance, they don't class bikes.they go by year and displacement primarily.

this is my toy and the insurance on it is very reasonable through them.
