i have too many stories of retarded customers demanding insane things from my last few jobs.....comes with the territory, but it sucks ass. the best was when i was a cook at a sports bar in college. the waiters and waitresses would come to the kitchen and tell us if someone was being unreasonable and if any of you have seen "waiting" you know what happened next....though we didnt take it as far as they did in the movie. i work at autozone now, so i cant really get the customers back when they're being unreasonable, i just do as little as i possibly can to help them.

Haha the classic "I'm going to sue you" Had a customer tell me that once and I just laughed at him.

I work at The Source (more or less Radioshack) and big German guy came in around the beginning of December and bought a video camera from me..After Christmas he brings it in and says there was not charger for the battery so he missed recording his daughters Christmas. So I go looking for a charger (knowing that there was one in it when I sold it to him because I showed him what all came with it) so while I'm doing that he picks up some other stuff that he wants, brings it all up to me and starts demanding it for free. all because I personally ruined his Christmas. So I simply tell him I can not give him product, and he lost it! Cursing and swearing at me, asking for the manager, so I simply say (may not have been the best time to say this but...) "Sir, I understand that you are upset that you did not record your daughters Christmas, but you bought the video camera a few weeks before the fact, why did you not do anything about it then?" So after a few more friendly words towards me he asks for the manager, so I go out back and get him, the guy walks up to him and yells "You effin morons are going to court for ruining my Christmas blah blah blah.." My manager just looks at him and laughs and says "Good luck bud, see you there"


I've never had someone try to hit me yet like the girl in the video...But tomorrow is a new day.

Like the video of the sherriff who arrested the drive thru attendant for not giving him his 20 dollars change after the vid showed him getting it and the drawer counted out right LOL

Abuse power much? seriously, I would be getting a lawyer and owning that sheriff. I can not think of anything I hate more than a crooked cop...... cept maybe a crooked judge........

on the other side if the customer service coin ......... I would be happy if the transmission shop would live up to the promiss of getting my car back wednesday morning...... called this afternoon and they still didn't have the transmission out. Ford Expedidtion ruined my vacation ...... AAmco made it worse.......

Some customers deserve it. But what I like better are the customers who appeciate the hell you go through.

Exactly I love when people will come up and say stuff like man he was rude, I don't know how you do it. Or something along those lines.

In order to do it, you must have the paitance of a saint and the stamina of a prize fighter. Oh yeah, plenty of booze. And other retail people to vent on.

You could me anybody from around the world who also works retail, tell them you do customer service, and let the bitching about customers begin.

On the flip side of the coin, I find that having been on the other side of the counter helps ME to be a better customer.

i agree, ALL retail people have to deal with jackass mofo's, so i always try to be as polite and reasonable as i possibly can.

BUT, on the flip side of the flip side of the coin, i've gone to numerous places where the people behind the counter are jackasses themselves and act like you're inconveniencing them by making them have to do their job.....but you know, i think those are probably the people that go to other places and act unreasonable.....geez, i think i need a joint to wrap my around all this
