SO....! I just got me a 4.0 with a little under 40k from a 94' Exploder with wire harness, computer, EVERYTHING. Perfect compression all around. With that I also got a rebuilt 5 speed and transfer case out of a 93 Exploder. All for only $1000 with a 6 month warranty on the engine! Might be a lil pricey but a lot cheaper than a new car!

Do I hear a T4 turbo blow off also?????!!!

pricey... are you serious?? for a grand, think about it, 40,000 miles... how many does your 2.9 have.. mine has 180,000, and that was for $800...

btw, T4 sounds like a very VERY good idea!!

BUT.... there is no 6 month warranty and a rebuilt zero mile tranny and t-case for 500 bones in a wrecked exploder....

I thought I was the only one that says 'bones' lol.

But yeah, unless you find a good deal(like me rebuilt 4.0 in explorer, whole truck for 300$) that is a decent deal, with the warranty and all.
