I'm losing my faith in Warn. The more I read the more I hear of their failed lockouts. I'm hittin the Badlands this coming weekend. I'll have a total of 3 stock Warn lockouts and one Warn Premium. Hopefully that'll be enough to get me through 2 days of wheelin haha.

Drive slugs are pretty appealing. Their price tag, not so much.

The drive flanges for my 60 are cheaper then the warn 35 spline lockouts.

What is cool about that terrain is it isn't very loose so you can get decent traction.


My hood was up because the "s" wire for the starter wore through and was shorting out against my trans line/radiator lines.

Or Drive Flanges.

Instead of having a lockout where you can turn the dial from free to lock, a flange/slug is just a splined puck that locks it in 4wd ALL the time and they are stupid strong.

I just read the cab swap on and it is awesome, i wanna doo the like but it would take forever for me. if you ge the 98-00 turn signals it will make the cage look better in my oppinion

Ordering my Rock and Roll Drive flanges tomorrow, we are making another trip to bundy on the 27th.

Been working on my other ford as of late, got a CTOR outing to the silver lake sand dunes this sunday.

Looks much better now with some new/used rubber and some decent rims.

I need to finish the "mall cage" and do the left ball joints and its ready for the dunes. I also hacked the stock muffler off and recycled an old cherry bomb.
