Urgent Need for a Part!!!

i have my tranny together finally but my shift linkage rod broke and i need a new one or the other option is to weld it thus rendering it irremovable from the trans.

its from a 91-and older AOD tranny 302 4X4

yes but this is the one that its a solid rod

update: im going to try to modify thing to get it to work but i may need one if this dosent work and i caint find one here Thanks all who went looking and such!
